A counter-press conference has been organized in Kaliganj against a false baseless news titled ‘The security of the minorities in the oppression of the terrorists.’
Organized by Babu Montu Gopal, the leader of the organization, read the written statement at the dong bungalow on Friday afternoon, organized by Bangladesh Hindu, Buddhist Christian Unity Council, Puja Celebration Committee and Student Jub Uokya Parishad Kaliganj branch. Jainaidah District President of Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council Narayan Chanda Biswas, Kaliganj Upazila President Tithi Rani Bhadra, General Secretary Ujjal Adhikari, Puja Udjapan Parishad’s Sunil Kumar Ghosh, General Secretary Prashant Kha, Student Juba Oikya Parishad’s Jhenaidah District President Palash Biswas, Kaliganj Upazila President Balaram Das, Editor Mithun Pal, among others.
It was reported in the press conference that Jessore recently arrested 9,000 pieces of Yaba from DB police and arrested drug dealer Amit Shikder Bishoo, son of late Nandalal Sikder of Nishchintapur village in Kaliganj upazila. But to hide the evil of Bishwam, his mother, Ishik Shikder, started various activities. He held a press conference in Jessore on 30th June, claiming that the minority families in the terrorism oppressed were insecure. He also made many propaganda by tying the name of a local MP, including the Bangladesh Puja Udjapon Parishad, Kaliganj branch’s assistant vice-president, Subrata Nandi, and a terrorist.
During the question-answer session of the journalists, the leaders also said that the claim made by the drug businessman Bishu’s mother is false and fabricated. In such a case, there was no attack on the minority families, torture or torture. On the contrary, Bishwat’s mother has been making controversial discussions with the falsehood to save the minority Hindu community and save the son of his drug business business, by destroying the image of Hindu Buddhist Christian Oikya Parishad. They also announced that they will take legal action against Bishu’s mother Anita Shikdar for the crime involved in the activities.
